By way of endorsement, the laboratory was appointed by Dentsply as material research and development consultants since 1985 and now employs over 2000 staff and outsources to the Middle East, USA and Europe.

The company strategy is to provide all employees with a clear and determined career pathway backed up with a robust and comprehensive education programme.

The welfare and education of the employees is apparent in the $10 million investment made in the Laboratory which includes a dedicated training academy, accommodation, restaurants, golf course and sports facilities.
